Make Your Wedding Even Sweeter with Custom Desserts From GHC

Here at GHC, we love celebrating love! And, what's a celebration without some sweet treats? Below is a glimpse into what an average GHC wedding looks like, but we know every wedding is unique! Fill out our interest form or send us an email to discuss how GHC can be a part of your big day.

Do you price weddings differently than other events?

No! We do not upcharge our desserts for weddings. See our menu for all our treats, flavors, and prices.

Do you offer delivery to the venue?

Yes! We offer day-of delivery to the venue at an additional charge. For venues within 20 miles of St. Charles, MO, delivery is an additional $45. For venues outside this range, delivery charge is determined by mileage. If you do not want to add delivery, we can schedule a time for you to pick up your order in St. Charles at no additional cost. If you choose to pick up your desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for their condition once it leaves GHC's possession.

Will you set up the dessert table at the venue?

Yes! Dessert display set up is included in the delivery charge. Our only stipulation is we won't set up other vendors' desserts. Let us know your vision or let us use our creativity!

Do you have display trays or table fillers we can rent for the dessert display?

Yes! We have a variety of display items available to rent! These items can be added to orders that are being delivered. Let us know you're interested and we can discuss options and pricing.

We're interested in having GHC at our wedding; where do we start?

You're in the right place! You can start by reading through our menu and taking a look at our photo gallery to get a better sense of what we do and how we can be a part of your big day. When you're ready, fill out an interest form so we can learn more about you, your wedding, and your budget. Once we've reviewed your interest form, we will either set up a phone consultation to discuss your vision further or we will send you a pricing proposal.

How far in advance should we contact you about our wedding?

The sooner, the better! Even if you don't have an exact head count or a crystal clear dessert vision yet, as long as you have a date set we can get you on our books and start brainstorming. That said, we know desserts may not be the first thing on your mind when you start wedding planning- it's okay! If your wedding is at least a month away, fill out an interest form and we will get back to you ASAP to let you know if we are available!

We want a variety of desserts at our wedding; is that something you can do?

Absolutely! Some of our favorite weddings are ones where we get to make different treats for every taste bud! Let us know which desserts you are interested in and how many people you are expecting and we will recommend a total amount to order. Or, give us your guest list and a budget and we can write up a proposal!

We are having 150 people at our wedding; how many desserts should we get?

Great question! Our rule of thumb is 0.5-1 "large" treats (jumbo cookies), 1-1.5 "regular" treats (cupcakes, pudding shooters, and mini cheesecakes) or 2-3 "mini" treats (mini cupcakes, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered Oreos, and mini rice krispy treats) per guest. With that said, you know your guests best! If you are having hors d'oeuvres and a large meal, you probably won't need as many desserts as a wedding of the same size serving a smaller meal.

Can you customize our treats to match our wedding colors or theme?

Yes! Depending on the dessert there are multiple ways we can customize orders. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll let you know if we can make it happen!
